Sometimes, I will favor a request regardless of the restrictions, this however, comes with a custom price. This is non-negotiable, so please be certain with that in mind when you want to commission me.

The corresponding surcharge will be determined privately. Price will also be affected by the number of edits made after the sketching process or how complex the character is.

As a client you have my permission to publish the final drawing that you bought, as long as you credit me as the original artist.

During the process of the commission you will receive progress of the work once every two days (or how frequent you want it to be).

Always remember: it may be your drawing, but you did not draw it. You may not claim my art as your own. You may, however, repost it with proper credit (@maddoxile).

I have the right to refuse to carry out any work or cancel a commission if the client behaves in an inappropriate, rude manner.

I have the right to cancel a commission in the event that this happens. You will be reimbursed the payment or percentage thereof, depending on the case.

I have the right to change the terms and conditions to commission me if I see it necessary.

I have the right to publish the final work on my page and/or social media platforms.

*A down payment of 50% is required for me to start on your commission. This is non-negotiable.

Payment will be made through PAYPAL INVOICE or by sending to PayPal.Me/madd0x1l3 only. I have ran into problems regarding payment when someone insisted I give my email instead (not to mention that it is a common scam). To avoid this same problem, it is part of the terms and conditions that payment will only be made through a PayPal invoice sent by me. This is also non-negotiable.
